Dispatch
Once you have placed your order, dispatch can vary between 1 - 3 weeks for most items. Rings are between 2 - 4 weeks dispatch.
Please note: Dispatch can change from week to week and will depend on how many orders are in front of yours. Please also note: On occasions the shop maybe taken off line, to catch up on orders.
If you are buying an item as a gift, please order in plenty of time to avoid disappointment. Please write a note in the comments section when you check out, the date you need your item by.
If you are unsure that your item will get to you in time, you can email me to find out when it is likely to be dispatched based on our orders at the time of you wanting to place your order.
UK orders: Once your item has been dispatched, it should take no longer than 1-3 days to arrive. If your item has not arrived within 5 working days, please contact us for guidance.
Shipping UK
All items are posted by tracked 24 or tracked 48 and special delivery for rings.
Shipping rest of world
Once your item has been dispatched (please see dispatch times above) Shipping to EU takes between 5-7 days. US 6-12 days. Rest of world, can vary from 7 days to 14 days, sometimes longer if item is held in customs, Israel up to 30 days.
Please note: We are not responsible for customs charges that may occur due to your country's policies. Please check before buying if you are unsure.
US Tariffs are paid by the customer at your end.
***P.O boxes** If you have put a P.O box for your address, please make sure there is someone available to sign for your package.

UK orders: In the event your item does not arrive, please contact us within 7 working days.
Overseas Orders: 14 working days
