Returns Policy

All of my Jewellery comes with a 6 month guarantee against any breakages. In the event of breakages, I will fix or make a replacement only. No refunds.

This guarantee is not for any other damage/scuffing/denting/breakages etc that has been caused during normal wear and tear, but I do offer a repair service. Cost will depend on damage. P&P is paid both ways by the customer.

Most made to order necklaces are custom made based on what you have chosen for your inlay etc and therefore do not qualify for returns or exchanges. All other necklaces that have no infill and have not been customised, have a 14 day returns policy.

I am sorry but I cannot accept returns or exchanges for made to order rings as these are custom made based on the design chosen at time of order and they are custom made to fit each customer. In the event you have chosen the wrong size, I may be able to alter the ring for a small fee, but this will depend on which type of ring you have. If I have got your size wrong, I will alter or make a new one free of charge. Please only use my method of sizing to avoid disappointment.

Ready made rings & necklaces can be exchanged or returned for a refund, my postage costs will be deducted from refund though, customer also pays the return of item.

When returning an item it is advised to use a tracked service. Please return your item in its original new and unworn condition. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
